Small bruise in my fingernail?

It moves, and I know it'll [most likely] keep moving down to the tip of my fingernail and eventually I can trim it off. But it's white all around it, and that's what worries me. Is it normal? The bruise itself is not huge; about the size of a fruit fly? Or even smaller. So will my nail fall out? Or is this normal and I should just wait?
