How do I stop Manic Panic from coming off on my hands?

Why did you leave your dye in for 4 hours? and why did you soak your hair in white vinegar? You aren't suppose to do that. Maybe that's why your hair color is coming off... Besides those stupid actions, Manic Panic is a semi-permanent hair dye... It will come off easily. I've used it for 10 years. No, bleaching will just make the color more vibrant on your hair. No do not... Don't do that.
